Please follow the following guidelines before requesting an order.

1. Please only request an order once. Once we have recieved your order, we will send you an order confirmation and a price confirmation.
2. We require a 30% downpayment for all orders over $20.
3. You must pay using either paypal or a credit card.
4. All orders are final and will not be returned. If our products have serious malfunctions, we will give you a website credit or re-create the product.
5. You may not edit or alter the graphics in any way without permission.
6. You may not remove our link back without permission.
7. We have the right to not accept any orders if they are pornographic or contain inappropriate material.
8. We agree not to resell any products we have created for a customer.
9. If you decide that you no longer want the product after it has been created, Creative Explosions will keep the 30% downpayment.
10. Creative Explosions will contact via phone or email throughout the design process.
11. If we decide to go ahead with the design, you will pay the full price on the final email confirmation.
